Our Start-up Business Package is competitively priced. For a one-off payment of £250 (inclusive of VAT) it includes the following:
- a template contract
- a staff handbook comprising disciplinary and grievance procedures
- an equal opportunity policy
- and a communications policy
All titled and labelled with your business’s logo.
Clients who sign up for the package will also benefit from expert advice on non-contentious employment law matters. Clients receive this at a fixed hourly rate of £100 plus VAT for six months after they receive the handbook, Therefore, providing dedicated support to our clients as and when they need it.
We appreciate the balance which new businesses must strike between taking reliable advice and not incurring unnecessary costs. Our Start-up Business Package is an alternative to various subscription services that seek to tie you in to an annual or multiple-year contract. Whilst we do offer comprehensive employment law support for an annual subscription fee (via Jacksons Shield) we will only recommend this when you are ready to take full advantage of it.
Your business will be eligible for this Package for two years following:
- incorporation or starting trading (whichever is the sooner)
- and you employ five employees or less.
