Jonathan Wall joined Jacksons in January 2018 as an Associate solicitor and head of the new build property team. He was appointed as a Partner in October 2020, and is now head of the Residential Conveyancing team comprising of their bespoke and new build departments and also heads up the Private Client teams of Family and Wills, Trusts and Probate.
Jonathan is the main point of contact for a number of national builders and acts on behalf of their plot purchasers.
He specialises in dealing with all legal aspects of a new build purchase but is also skilled in all other aspects of residential property work including freehold and leasehold purchases, re mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and right to buy purchases. He enjoys the challenge of new build property work and seeing his clients into their new home in as timely a fashion as possible.
Prior to moving to Jacksons Jonathan worked as a solicitor within a competitors new build property team.
