Helen is an Associate Solicitor within the commercial property team at Jacksons Law Firm having completed her training contract in September 2014 with the Firm. Since qualification Helen has worked on a wide range of commercial property transaction including commercial leases and associated agreements, licences, site acquisitions and disposals. Helen has also gained significant experience in dealing with the refinancing of property investment portfolios for a number of commercial organisations, dealing with property aspects of commercial acquisitions and has acted for a number of clients who wish to transfer property to their pension scheme.
Helen, alongside the wider commercial property team, also acts for a regional electricity distribution company in connection with the leasing of substations and associated easements for electrical apparatus.
As a result of a two-year secondment with a local authority Helen has also been involved in several large projects within and around the Borough.
Outside of work Helen enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
