About the Role and You
We are a team of lawyers, who are all very experienced in all areas of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, property litigation, commercial and residential tenancy disputes, consumer protection and produce liability, tortious claims, volume claims and debt recovery.

Your duties will be challenging and rewarding and will include:
- Working as part of the Litigation Department, under the supervision of the Partners, dictating and delegating work to the support staff as appropriate.
- Acting for claimants and defendants in a variety of commercial disputes.
- Handling volume claims for large clients.
- Ensuring that cases are dealt with cost efficiently and that clients are fully appraised of the costs / risks situation as applied to their case.
- Promote the Firm and take an active role in business development activities.
Candidates must be a qualified Solicitor or hold a Fellowship Grade from the Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with prior experience in Litigation (claimant and defendant).
It is essential that you are a strong team player who can also work independently to drive forward the team’s client base in the North of the region. Excellent organisational and collaboration skills are also a must.
You should also thrive under pressure and be able to effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously, whilst delegating tasks efficiently.
