We are able to offer fixed fee funding arrangements in a variety of matters and are always happy to consider requests for fixed fee quotes for specific pieces of work.
Some quotes will depend on the complexity of the instructions, our previous knowledge of the case and the solicitor involved, however, for the below matters we are able to confirm the following fixed fees:
- Advising and assisting with ACAS Early Conciliation – £300 plus VAT
- Drafting a settlement agreement – £500 plus VAT
- Half-day representation in the Employment Tribunal – £450 plus VAT (excluding any necessary preparation time)
- One-day representation in the Employment Tribunal (including Judicial Mediation) – £900 plus VAT (excluding any necessary preparation time)
- Defending an unfair dismissal claim which has been short-tracked to a one-day hearing (from responding to the claim to representation at the hearing) – £7,000 plus VAT
- Advising and assisting with preparation for a remedies hearing (excluding protracted settlement negotiations) – £500 plus VAT
- Drafting a template Contract of Employment – from £500 plus VAT
- Drafting a template Staff Handbook – from £500 plus VAT
- Drafting a template Contract of Employment and Staff Handbook – from £750 plus VAT
- Drafting bespoke policies and procedures – from £250 plus VAT each
