RTC North would like to invite you to their FREE workshop on applying lean tools and techniques in non-manufacturing environments. The workshop will be presented by Jim Barr, Management Consultant at RTC North. The following topics will be covered:
- Lean Principles – Understanding what your Customers Value, Your Internal Value Streams, how to make them work better for you, and ultimately deliver benefit to your Customers.
- The influence of Culture and Behaviours in the Change Process
- Overview of the key Lean Tools and Techniques which can be used in your environment:
– 5S (Workplace Organisation)
– Value Stream & Process Mapping
– Value Added & Waste
– Visual Management
- Applying the Tools and Techniques within your own environment, and identifying improvement opportunities.
The workshop will run over 3 hours and places will be limited to a maximum of 15. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
