When you have a mix of permanent and seasonal staff, which might include family members, and everyone knows their role in the business, it is easy to think that you do not need written contracts nor is it necessary to keep existing contracts updated.
In short, yes! The risk of contamination should be considered in all property transactions whether they are residential or commercial.
In order for a risk of contamination to be present there must be a source, pathway and receptor.
It would be fair to say that these are unique times. While Brexit, in one form or another, might have been predictable, coronavirus and the effect it has had on our lives would have been unfathomable only a year ago, and you would have got long odds on protesters storming the White House.
