On those occasions where disputes lead to employment tribunal proceedings, we are available to advise and represent employers in all issues leading up to and including the hearing itself.

Our specialised team prefers to undertake its own advocacy before employment tribunals and we rarely instruct barristers. This means the advocate appearing for the client will have very detailed knowledge of the case having advised on the issues from the outset.  This policy also results in a substantial saving to the client in fees.
