All business disputes are disruptive and time consuming. They can also be very costly which is why our team offers an effective approach to all forms of disputes with the aim of producing as swift a resolution as possible. As a result we have earned a reputation that has projected the firm to the very forefront of those in the North East which are able to offer this area of expertise.
We have experience of all aspects of commercial property and civil litigation including disputes relating to commercial contracts shareholder agreements, partnerships, injunctive relief, landlord and tenant as well as debt recovery and professional negligence claims. We have represented clients at all stages of the legal process, including appeals to the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.
In some cases court proceedings may not be the answer to a dispute and we will consider how practically to resolve a conflict in other ways. Arbitration and mediation have created an environment to handle individual disputes, which allow conflicts to be resolved quickly and economically.
