Residential Property Conveyancing Fee Earner
Jacksons Law Firm are recruiting for an experienced Residential Property fee earner to run a high volume residential conveyancing caseload including a full range of freehold and leasehold purchase and sale, remortgage, transfer of equity and new build purchase transactions
Candidates should have (2/5 years) relevant case handling experience with a solid background in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Applicants are required to be self motivated with strong interpersonal skills and be a keen team player having the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines in a timely, concise and effective manner. They should demonstrate the ability to prioritise and organise their workload effectively and multitask.
Whilst experience is essential the successful applicant must demonstrate a sound academic background with full knowledge of IT.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Jacksons law firm recruits trainees each year offering positions to a mix of law non-law and joint honours graduates and to people who have changed career completely. We are interested in receiving applications from candidates with excellent academic qualifications together with practical and social skills.
When you join our firm you will be offered a contract based in our Tees Valley office. You will be welcomed as part of our firm from day one and encouraged to take an active part in the opportunities provided in both offices.
Your training will involve four six-month seats in one of the following practice areas:
- commercial litigation
- commercial property
- wills tax planning and estates.
We will try to offer you experience in your areas of particular interest but these cannot be guaranteed. All trainees are assigned a partner who will mentor you throughout your contract, providing advice, guidance and support when needed. You will also have access to our HR manager who can assist your career development with us.
